Weight Blend

Our Weight Blend is specially formulated for rabbits needing a higher nutitional value. Large breeds and expectant or nursing does will benefit from this feed. Also good for wool production. We start with an alfalfa based pellet and add carefully selected, all-natural ingredients that your rabbit will love.

Start your rabbit at one-half cup (½ c) for each 5 lbs of body weight. For weight gain and expectant or nursing does do not let the feeder empty. Note some expectant does will stop eating prior to kindling, don't be alarmed. For more information on proper feeding, check out the Basic Care Guide.

Includes ingredients to increase protein* and improve appetite. Everything your rabbit needs for wool production, weight gain, lactation or pregnancy.

Each 5 lb bag is packaged in a convenient Hefty OneZip plastic storage bag.

You can pick up any of our blended feeds from us by calling ahead at 716-672-5678, noon to 8 pm any day. Pick up price is $4 per 5 lb bag.

If your rabbit has special dietary needs, call us. We can custom blend a feed for your bunnie's needs.

Feed blends may contain chopped alfalfa, shell corn, black oil sunflower, oats, sunflower chips, safflower and small amounts (<2%) of other natural ingredients as needed.

*Weight Blend is based on 18% crude protein pellet.
